Lights. Class 4….. Action!
Class 4 students have been creative again this term, devising short impros based on a given theme or text and learning how to collaborate within the parameters of theatrical staging. At Halloween, class 4 recited spooky poems to practice their vocal skills and used movement to encapsulate the spirit of Halloween. Coloured lights were used to enhance the mood and stimulate their imaginations.
Class 5 have been working along similar lines and many of them are also in CCP Drama. This year’s presentation, on the 15 December, is ‘Carol’s Christmas’; a re-telling of ‘A Christmas Carol’ with added (bad) jokes. ‘
