Hello Students, parents and friends

Step into the world of creativity with a peek into our art classes! The art class in our school  is alive with energy, vibrant colours, and it is full of inspiration. Here’s a glimpse of what our talented students are up to:

The students already explored a variety of different art this year. Art that was colourful, abstract, illustrative, joyful, practical, etc. The students mastered different art techniques and media.

The amount of artistically talented students we have in our school is astonishing!

Class 4: Pixel Mosaic inspired by the artist “Invader”, Texture painting: Funny boots theme, Robot design: Understanding symmetry

Class 5: Dauthuille Stéphane: watercolour Stilt houses, Landscape art: Understanding one point-point perspective

Class 6: Tommy Kunts: Neo Pop-art, Tommy Kunts: Skateboard design, Olivier Jeffers: Crayon Night skies, Cave paintings: Charcoal drawing

Class 7: Ragas Huub: Impressionism, Wayne White: One-point perspective words, Halloween: Crayon Batic, Tim Burton: Self-portrait

Class 8: RALAU: “NEO POP” motif paintings, RALAU: “NEO POP” Sculptures, Crystalle Lacourte: Abstract art

Class 9: Observational drawing: Marc Bauer, Andrea Bowers:  Acrylic painting on Cardboard Collage, Tina Gillen: architectural art, Coursework exploration: coursework preparation

Class 10: IGCSE coursework preparation

Apart from this the talented IB Visual Arts students are diving deep into the exploration of personal artworks. Through self-chosen themes and personal inspirations, they are making visually compelling artworks. Each artwork becomes a unique reflection of their experiences, beliefs, and aspirations. Currently they are working on a personal exhibition. We will share more information about these in the near future!
