Early Years Foundation and the Annual Food Drive

Early Years Foundation (EY1) and the Annual Food Drive

Myself and the Rocket class have once again initiated our annual food drive, a heartwarming tradition aimed at assisting the local charity “Moeders voor moeders.” I encourage our students from Early years to Senior school to bring cans, packets, and boxes of non-perishable food items to contribute to this cause. To make the process more engaging for the students, the class decided to have a bit of fun experimenting with magnets on the shopping trolley which they placed in the school’s entrance hall to collect the donated food. It’s not only about helping those in need but also about nurturing a sense of curiosity and community spirit within the students. This unique blend of education, charity, and creativity provides a holistic learning experience for the class.

So come join in!
