We are delighted to share the first moments of our early years learners – which had an incredible beginning of the school year – with you.
For us, in Early Years Reception, it is all about getting to know each other, starting to build important daily-based skills and developing our knowledge through play. We just loved how these first days were a great success! All the boys and girls felt comfortable participating in the different routines, making new friends and settling into the school atmosphere. We were so lucky to enjoy some time outdoors which allowed us to take advantage of the good weather while focusing as well on our gross motor skills.
We also had so much fun with all of our new teachers and sessions! We enjoyed Music lessons with our hard-working friend Bumble bee while having our first experience with different sounds, P.E classes in our boundless gym and our weekly session in the library. This all kindles our excitement as we keep learning.
As we move into fall, we will be dedicating our time to the different learning areas and making progress promoting creativity and joy.
We look forward to getting to know all the wonderful surprises that are ahead of us!
