Our girls’ football team won the bronze medal with an outstanding performance in Marbella. The team showed some exceptional team spirit, dedication and sportsmanship during the 4 days in Spain. We faced a team in the playoffs who had beaten us twice in round games, so this was an amazing achievement.
We also had the opportunity to help sea life and learn beachside safety by participating with the local authorities to clean Marbella beach from plastic and litter.
As a school, we are so proud of these athletes who give 100% effort on and off the football field. They are true role models for next generation ISBe football players.

Dear coaches,
I have to admit this trip was definitely one of the most emotional school trips I’ve ever had.
And I think that it’s safe to say – that goes for everyone.
Throughout everything: the wins, the losses, the draws, the fouls and even at times the referees’ questionable decisions – we were able to get 3rd place. And just so you know, it was all because of you Mr Ruben and Mr Gabor!!
Your words, motivation and training is what kept us going to win and what kept our heads held high.
We are grateful for your motivation and your brilliant coaching, and I look forward to winning future matches and tournaments with you.
