ISBe Science Fair 2021

The Science fair will be looking somewhat different this year compared to the previous years. Because of the different circumstances we find ourselves in, students will be presenting their experiments in a video.

Students have made a great effort to come up with interesting and exciting experiments. Their ideas were discussed and finalised together with the teacher. It was important that the students were able to explain and understand from a Scientific perspective what their experiment was about and how the results could be explained. This was often the hardest part for the children. We then spent a whole week on preparing and practicing the experiments before we started filming. Shooting the experiments was also not an easy task and Ms. Grace has done a great job “directing” the videos. After the filming was done students had to edit their video material and come up with their own Science fair Video! Please check out the Google Classroom to watch the videos.

It was a great learning experience for the students to find out more about how to construct their own Scientific experiment. I hope you will all enjoy the videos!
