What did Science Week at ISBe look like this year..?

What did Science Week at ISBe look like this year..?

We had the middle and secondary school  students visit the Natural Science Museum in Brussels. Students were taken on an adventure through the museum, exploring the exhibits while completing a scavenger hunt style questionnaire with the winning teams earning points for their house. The IB Chemistry and Physics students also went on a trip to the SCK/CEN nuclear facility.

Back at school, the students explored the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The students were tasked with creating a visually appealing presentation to discuss one of these 17 goals. Students created posters, models and used creative props to accompany the presentations. The top 5 projects were chosen and these students then presented their projects to the whole secondary school. The projects were of a very high standard and showed great creativity.
