The Secondary Section Stories – 07/10

The past few weeks in school have seen students involved in more exciting events.

The majority of Student Council representatives in class 10-12 teamed up and ran for the position of President and Vice-President. There were 5 motivated and thoughtful teams who ran for President & Vice- President:

 – Kashvi & Mahi in C10,

–  Archit & Natasha in C12,

–  Rahul & Ksenija in C10,

–  Hari C10 & Amrit C11, and

–  Annisha C10 & Isabelle C11.

In the end, the voting result was overwhelming. With 74 out of 124 votes, Archit Choudhary and Natasha McLean are our new President and Vice-President, respectively.

This week we celebrated International Teachers Day and students got to show their appreciation and say thanks to our wonderful teaching staff. Students wrote their words of thanks on a giant origami card and also recorded video messages that were shared with staff. A special lunch was provided and a fantastic chocolate cake which was all set up and served by some of our enthusiastic student council reps in class 5 and middle school.
