The Secondary Section Stories – 11/12

So we are back under a few more covid restrictions again with students all in masks, some bubble limitations and the students are even part time on campus at the moment. Students and teachers have developed their ability to adapt and be flexible with their learning so luckily quality teaching and learning continues.

Middle school students have completed their block exams and the senior school is finishing up their assessment too. Students and staff participated in a fun house competition – “Wrapping Xmas presents” and the final presents were all unique with their own style. It was the Dragon team who were the most innovative and took the win and the house points for their “Dragon in a Package” wrapping.

In the last week of school, we will continue with regular classes and there are also a few events coming up. The student council will be hosting our first ISBe’s Got Talent show on Monday. They have also arranged the Christmas dress up day for Thursday for all staff and students. (We realise that the middle school is not on site that day, so they can wear their Christmas outfits on Wednesday). I am also looking forward to seeing our Drama students from CCP perform their production, the school band will be in action and middle school students will be sharing their music class show. It is going to be a brilliant week!

Monday 13– Middle school music show / Talent show C5-8

Wednesday 15 – Drama CCP Production / Middle school Christmas dress up

Thursday 16 – Christmas Dress –up Day for Primary & Senior school / REPORTS go home via Engage/ & Last day of term
