As we approach the end of the academic year, we have much to celebrate and reflect upon in our Secondary School community. This term has been particularly eventful, marked by significant milestones and memorable moments that highlight the dedication and spirit of our students and staff.
Firstly, we are proud to announce the successful completion of the IGCSE examinations. Our students demonstrated exceptional resilience and determination throughout the exam period, and we eagerly anticipate the outstanding results that reflect their hard work and commitment.
In addition to academic achievements, we had the pleasure of celebrating our Class 12 Diploma Programme graduation. This special event was a joyous occasion, bringing together students, families, and staff to honour the remarkable achievements of our graduates. It was a day filled with pride and emotion, recognizing the journey our students have undertaken and the bright futures that await them.
Our sports teams also had the opportunity to shine at the Benelux Cup, where our talented football teams showcased their skills and sportsmanship. Competing with vigour and enthusiasm, our teams not only enjoyed the thrill of the competition but also brought home a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.
Tonight, we look forward to the much-anticipated first secondary school sleepover. As we move into the final weeks of the term, we have a packed schedule of exciting activities. Our students will engage in the Model United Nations (MUN), enhancing their understanding of global issues and honing their debate skills. Additionally, the Duke of Edinburgh trip in high school will offer students the chance to develop their leadership and outdoor skills through challenging and rewarding experiences.
As the year draws to a close, we eagerly anticipate seeing everyone at the end-of-year show and the parent-teacher conferences. These events will bring our community together once more to celebrate the diverse talents and accomplishments of our students.
