To our valued parents and ISBe community members,
Throughout the month of May, our school has been abuzz with activity despite the numerous public holidays. On days when classes were in session, our students were kept busy with a series of official exams and events organized by the student council and the houses. Fun theme days such as Crazy Hair Day, Jersey Day, and Twin Day brought our community together and added a lighthearted touch to our school days.
Today marks the conclusion of exams for our Class 12 students, and we extend our best wishes to them as they embark on their future endeavors.
In addition to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) exams, our students also tackled the Dutch proficiency exam (CNaVT), ISA exams, and various other assessments. Notably, we recently hosted a university fair for our Class 9 and 11 students, where a consortium of European universities provided valuable insights into different university options and programmes. The wide array of courses available, particularly those taught in English, offers our students the opportunity to pursue their academic passions in diverse fields. The future looks promising for our students, and we are excited to see where their academic journeys will take them.
This week, our students participated in the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) exams for the second time. It’s been inspiring to witness our talented students honing their performance skills and striving for official certification.
We are eagerly looking forward to welcoming you to our International Day on the 25th of May. It’s an event that promises to be a joyous celebration and a memorable occasion for our entire community.
